ASM presents the orange-colored Hydrasynth Explorer, a worldwide limited edition of 888 units of the popular Minisynth.

In a compact and portable housing (even battery-powered if required), Hydrasynth Explorer offers the 8-voice sound generation of the Hydrasynth keyboard and desktop. The downsized 37-key PolyTouch® keyboard features the same polyphonic aftertouch of its bigger sister models.
Despite its small dimensions, it offers outstanding playability and expressiveness. The extremely flexible yet easy-to-use sound engine impresses with the famous WaveScan oscillators, mutator waveshaping, a flexible dual filter section, a 32-slot modulation matrix, as well as two insert and two master effects. CV/GATE outputs are also included, making Hypersynth Explorer easy to integrate into a modular system. The equipment is rounded off by USB MIDI and full-size MIDI DIN connections. The usual juggling with adapter cables for mini synths is no longer necessary. As a clever detail, Hydrasynth Explorer can also be operated with 8x AA batteries, ideal for mobile operation on the go.
